Medical Device Workcell
This is an example of a special machine. It is a manually loaded assembly workcell for Medtronic Minimed. The main part is loaded onto the system through an access window in the guarding. A set of opti-touch buttons are integrated for the operator to actuate the cycle. During operation, 2 other parts are transferred into the system by pre-loaded vibratory inline feeders. the product is automatically assembled and ejected into a product container

Nozzle Aseembly Machine
This ia a fully automatic machine that assembles sprinkler nozzles at a rate of 30 parts/minute. This photo is the third identical assemblymachine for this particular customer. A fourth identical machine is currently being assembled, while the first machine now has over 20 million cycles. there are 7 different versions of the 4-part assembly, and all are assembled on the same machine. All change over for the various models is completed automatically through the touch screen operator interface.

Vial Labeler
This project required us to build 2 identical automatic machines at the same time. This is a photo of one of the systems. The equipment loads hinged vials at a rate of 30 parts/minute, closed the cap, prints and applies a label with a 2-D barcode, reads the barcode for verification, transfers the data to the customer networking system, and loads the vials onto the carrier discs in preparation for lab work.
