FACTORY
AUTOMATION
The majority
of Dynamic’s work falls under this category. Whether it’s
an automated assembly line, a complete packaging system, or automatic
test equipment, the following machine methodologies may be used:
• Linear Indexing Machine
• Rotary Indexing Machines
• High-Speed Continuous Motion Equipment
With local fabrication partnerships established, Dynamic can handle
large projects in short periods of time, with all assembly and troubleshooting
taking place at Dynamic’s facility in Simi Valley.
SYSTEMS INTEGRATION
In addition
to building custom automation equipment, Dynamic Automation is an
expert in systems integration. Whether it’s as simple as an
off-the-shelf labeling system, or as complex as a custom cartoning
machine, we will assume responsibility in working with you and your
vendors to provide a complete turnkey system.
SPECIAL MACHINES
Dynamic Automation takes pride in doing smaller
automation projects as well as full automation. This type of equipment
includes semi-automatic work cells and tabletop operating systems.
When the justification is not there for fully automatic machinery,
we can provide a semi-automatic solution as a cost effective alternative.
MACHINE
VISION
Approximately 50% of
the machines built at Dynamic Automation have vision inspection
integrated into the system. Machine vision can be used for complicated
product orientations and for quality control inspections. Although
most applications are solved in-house, we also work with local specialists
for the most challenging applications.
ROBOTIC
EQUIPMENT
Dynamic Automation
has experience with many different forms of robotic equipment. From
Cartesian and SCARA robotics to full range 6-axis systems, Dynamic
can integrate any robotic arm to meet your automation requirements.
With the option of integrating machine vision into the system, applications
for robotics are limitless.
OTHER
SPECIALTIES
In addition
to traditional automation projects, Dynamic Automation has the flexibility
to offer other unique services to their customers, such as precision
machining and tooling fabrication. Combined with the ability to
do “build-to-print” projects and successful experiences
with “concurrent engineering design”, Dynamic Automation
can be the one-stop source for your manufacturing needs.
