Project Management
On-time delivery is top priority at Dynamic Automation. This is accomplished by assigning a dedicated project manager to every job. A Gantt chart is developed that outlines all engineering and manufacturing tasks from start to finish. Through planned design reviews, weekly progress reports, and electronic updates, the customer is always involved and aware of the status of their machine.

Engineering
Dynamic’s in-house design team is composed of a group of highly skilled degreed engineers. Each engineer is proficient in the latest design software and educated on the most recent manufacturing technologies available. The controls team works closely with the design engineers to develop an integrated control system. In addition, customers can receive complete support with Dynamic’s concurrent and simultaneous engineering capabilities.

Manufacturing
With a fully equipped, in-house manufacturing and assembly area, Dynamic can accurately control the progress of each machine. Every project has a lead machine builder to organize fabrication efforts, while a group of carefully selected subcontractors can assist during peak manufacturing periods. A scheduled test and debug time gives the manufacturing team realistic goals that ensure on-time delivery, while maintaining the highest level of quality.

Personnel
Dynamic Automation places a strong emphasis on engineering design. This is evident in the company’s management, as both the president and sales manager hold engineering degrees. As with the management team, each member of the design team has an engineering degree. Using the most powerful solid modeling tools, such as Pro-Engineer and SolidWorks, Dynamic’s engineers will effectively communicate machine design with customers throughout life of the project. On the manufacturing end, Dynamic has developed a group of highly trained machine builders and assembly technicians that work as team to accomplish machine delivery goals.
